Problem

Node packages need to be kept up to date.

Major Changes

List major version upgrades and any packages that caused breaking changes.

@types/node
@okta/jwt-verifier
fetch-mock
vite-tsconfig-paths

Testing/Validation

Ran full deployment with @okta/jwt-verifier and automated tests and build with other dependencies. Tested okta login running locally.
