Purpose

Use both ad_groups and groups claims for groups from Okta users

Major Changes

Refactored UserSessionGateway into UserSessionUseCase
Merged the ad_groups and groups claims into a single group set.

Testing/Validation

Added tests for unifying the ad_groups and groups claims
