Resolves #39

Data hook to pull time series group data from CDA. Setup is basically the same as the other hooks.

@adamscarberry looks like we need your review, I fixed a merge conflict so both @jbkolze and I are authors so need one outside reviewer per the overly-strict rules I set up...

Just for future reference, the "review required" note specifically says it needs approval from someone other than "the last pusher". So I suppose I could review this now? A little odd, but might be good to know (assuming that's the case).
