Describe the solution you'd like

With growing user base, different projects, and moving out of the proof-of-concept phase - the time to lock-down authorization at the API is near. Implement building blocks for wholistic authorization strategy for app. Start with these three roles:

• Application Admin
  • Can create new projects
  • Can assign users roles on any project
  • Can make any changes a Project Admin can, but across all projects
• Project Admin
  • Can assign users roles for project they have Admin on
• Project Member
  • No role management capabilities
  • Limited data editing capabilities
