Explorer Page: Plots Missing Data / Constants Not Displaying Properly #137

Describe the bug

  1. Explorer page should show multiple traces on each plot, grouped by the timeseries type. Instead, only a single timeseries is displayed on each plot.
  2. Constants should display as flat line at last known value

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to Explorer tab
  2. Click and drag multiple instruments
  3. Inspect the plots

Expected behavior

All timeseries should be grouped by type, from all instruments selected

Actual behavior

Only one timeseries is displayed

Confirmed, will be part of next stable UI release.
