[BUG REPORT]: Collection Group Timeseries Dropdown Empty #162

Describe the bug

Collection group timeseries dropdown is empty, should show all stored timeseries for project.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Navigate to collection group
  2. Add new collection group
  3. Click dropdown for timeseries, none display

Expected behavior

All stored timeseries for the project context should display.

Actual behavior

No timeseries display.
