[BUG REPORT]: NAN and INF Values Should Not be converted to 0 and should be masked by default #172

Describe the bug

Currently NAN gets converted to 0 on upload.

Determine if this is happening in API or UI
Represent value accurately if possible
Default value to "Masked" so it can display properly in plot
