Correcting Repeated Indicator Name in FY22 Wide - VMMC_CIRC Template #3

Column T (VMMC_AE Ae Type: Unknown Numerator (Required)) and Column AD (VMMC_AE Site Type: Unknown Numerator (Required)) have the same indicator name: "vmmc_ae.m.unknown..n" in the first iteration of the FY22 Wide Template for VMMC. This has since been corrected in the template, but needs to be adjusted in the code for all FY22Q1 VMMC Wide submissions

I'm thinking through how to address this for the submissions we've already received and for future submissions that might not use the corrected template. In Prep, the columns are read in as different columns. I'm not sure that's the case for R.

The 2nd row does specify if it's AE Type or Site Type. Is there a why to leverage that to correct for the error. For example, if field name = vmmc_ae.m.unknown..n and 2nd row contains "AE Type" then rename to "vmmc_ae.m.aetype:unknown..n"

This issue should be addressed once we get the look up table working.
