That's actually a little tricky (surprisingly enough). It can be done, but it may introduce bugs.
Request that this fix gets postponed until I have time to make sure the fix doesn't add other issues.
If you need an alphabetic sorting, it can be done if you have actual Tableau. Go into the worksheet itself, and under rows, right-click on "Operating Unit" and select sort. That will give you an option to sort alphabetically, rather than numerically. There's just no easy way to do it from the dashboard view (that I know of).
If we want the default setting to be alphabetic, that can easily be changed; just not a user-dynamic switching between alphabetic and numeric sorting.
