Agency CODB Tables for Group 2 and Group 3 countries #102

Christy, Please replicate CODB tables for Group 2 and 3 countries, ideally by Thursday of this week. When complete, upload in google folder you have started, and I will ensure that relevant SCAs, DPs and COP participants have access to files. Will work with BOD on extracting staffing data, as per our discussion this week.

Suggest coordinating with @achafetz since the R package he developed will do this (probably with less effort)

Let' me check in with @cwahle tomorrow to see what the plan in.

@cwahle , @jaliasd, and & I put together the infographics during RPM last year and then @cwahle and I adapted those to Tableau to complete a FO request.

The code is available on GitHub. Depending on the ask/request, we may be able to utilize some of the code or dashboards.

Extracts from the CODB tab of updated FAST tools do include the CODB report (not included in original submissions for Group 1 as FACTS Info was not open for data entry in time, but those FAST tools have also now been updated). The Agency CODB report from FACTS is copied in the CODB tab of the FAST starting in row 107.

One component still missing that we used for the infographics is the staffing data (FTEs, type of staff, etc). In the old FACTSInfo it was easy to run a consolidated report across all OUs, but the Reports function isn't working for me in NextGen, and there doesn't seem to be another data extract option for staffing data. I sent a request to Pepfar Module Support

Provided @cwahle with COP18 data yesterday to compile visuals. The file includes FY19 targets for HTS_TST, TX_NEW sourced from the MSD, as well as budget data for COP18 sourced from the FAST (Total budget, PM budget as proxy for M&O, and Budget without PM).

Data is available on Google Drive and code is available on GitHub.

Using a combination of the data extracted from the FASTS (COP19 CODB, Budgets; COP18 Budgets, COP17 Expenditures) and existing data reports from FACTS Info (COP18 CODB; COP17 Budget and CODB), I replicated a modified version of the Country Profile sheets @achafetz put together this fall in follow up to RPMs.

Missing components: There is some COP18 data missing from the FAST extracts which @achafetz is working to resolve (will adjust some COP18 comparatives) Still waiting to receive COP19 staffing data report from FACTS team (requested 2/25). Some of the graphs from the COP18 analysis are dependent on this data.

Currently the tableau file contains 2 alternate overview dashboards - one placeholder with the staffing-depending charts once those data are available; one with just COP19 and topline comparisons to COP17-18

Additional dashboards include comparisons of M&O category funding and FTE charts across COP years

Copy of COP18 Profiles; new data source, tableau file, and example print view are on the google drive

Resolved the issue with the missing components (DoD and IMs without interventions broken down). This data was added to the dataset under the program "ND: Not disaggregated".

New version circulated this morning.
