TZA Site analysis for reboot #103

Feb 11, Ananthy requested OHA support on a site level analysis to support their work around the reboot.

Right now we are really trying to be responsive to the “reboot” outlined in our COP letter, without compromising any of our effective activities. So we could benefit from some site level analysis on the key indicators - HTS_POS, TX_NEW, etc. It would be useful to see trends in reporting of index testing, pos contribution, contribution of males. Linkages from community testing would also be helpful (although I am not sure you can produce that) as well as facility. EID would also be important.

@lucasrachel and I had a few calls with the team over the subsequent two weeks. I provided the team with an analysis and incorporated a round of feedback to update.

The resulting output from the analysis (see repo for more) was a slidedeck.
