Request last night from Ananthy in Tanzania for assistance from the "SI Superstars" - Josh, Todd, Aaron.

As you know we have new spectrum estimates and some of them have changed dramatically. I understand we can set slightly more realistically targets for partners given some of the deltas. But I need your help to figure how to do this systematically.

From Todd this morning:

...come up with regional pediatric and adult targets (the latter by sex, if possible) that sum up to the sgac planning level target (or exceed it ver so slightly)....The other thing is that your targets can’t e less than fy18 or fy19 q1 TX cure results for any disagg

@jaliasd working with Jenny Ward to do this in the interagency space. will clue in @achafetz with process and if help is needed.
