TX_RET is not shown in the retention visual in the FY19 workbook. This was done deliberately, as TX_RET has been phased out in favor of TX_NET_NEW/TX_NEW.
If country teams need TX_RET info for FY18 or FY17, it is (a) shown as a visual in the FY18 Tableau workbook, (b) in the underlying data but not displayed in the FY19 Tableau workbook, or (c) easily created by @noahbartlett as needed.
