Zambia: help team merge genie extract w/data import files #30

Team is working on systematic process for data quality checks and data review prior to data entry close. They requested assistance to merge site x im extract with data import file from one partner; will need to replicate for second data import partner.

Team sent me test files, and I returned code on 10/23.

Iterated on code - some sites newly reporting and therefore aren't present in site x im extract to merge to. Similarly, there are also new data element UID + cat combo option UIDs that have not been reported on previously and therefore also have nothing to merge to.

Pulled the parameterized data element and cat option combos from DATIM support and manipulated them in R to match (mostly) the structure in site x im, for those being reported on for the first time..
