OGAC requested an update for the original PLGHA visual USAID produced for partner tracking. Request came in at 5:30pm Oct 29.

Given my bandwidth, I responded to the USAID team that I could update the visual by COB today, but didn't have time for further anaysis.

Started to re-run the R script and noticed this was already performed for Q3, not Q2. I checked the numbers and there was no difference between Q3 initial and clean. Updated team that the original visual is still correct (note: in the interim, Swaziland was changed in DATIM to eSwatini)
