Re-establish the OHA SI Newsletter.

Work with Dorothy and Rachel to re-structure the SIEI newsletter content and process.

Dorothy and I will present the new Newsletter to the division for feeback

Provided presentation to division Exploring the following options for facilitating south-to-south information

[ ] creating a blog feature on the OHA Google Site
[ ] re-purposing defunct listservs (SI POC Listserv) to serve as self-added forums for OUs to communicate directly to one another
[ ] Create a google folder, including google docs, OU POCs can reference
