FO has asked USAID maintenance team to produce a more useful analysis of expenditure/budget data to help countries within the "maintenance" bucket utilize data to inform and guide COP19 planning. Plan is to create a dynamic tool with COP17/FY18 expenditures and COP18 budget disaggregated by site SD, site NSD, ASP and PM (with ability to add COP19 data) to assess trends over time at OU, agency, and program area level with accompanying guiding questions/facilitation.
