Building off of slides for Uganda, make standard visuals for OUs for bucket 3 countries.

Dashboard @noahbartlett created is the base. A few more granular views to be added along w/one additional tech area.

I am to check in w/Rachel et al. by Monday AM with the updates.

Started w/Haiti in collaboration w/ @cnichols3h and input on needs from team, with materials here.

Decks for Angola, Haiti, SA, & TZ are in the above linked folder (created and contributed to by various team members).

Note sure if ER team plans to create visuals; likely fine to close ticket from MER side of things so we can move to Q1 analytics. @lucasrachel to confirm we can close this out.
