Moz team requested a dataset of TX_RET and TX_CURR at the site level for the 128 priority sites for their enhanced retention strategy.

[x] Convert site-level MSD to wide format
[x] read in facility file with enhanced retention strategy site designation
[x] Merge files on DATIM UID
[x] Submit to technical team
[ ] Refine
