Rachel Goldstein has asked to look into the unit expenditure for HTS_TST/POS for three subs that were under one mechanism. The prime sent along the ER data for the subs on Friday.

The method and code for the original analysis (all OUs and Malawi) is located in this Github repo.

UEs for HTS, HTS_POS, and TX is available for each mechanism and agency on Google Drive
