KP Target Setting Worksheet for West Africa Region #82

Many of the F-Op teams (new to PEPFAR) were having trouble setting and informing KP testing and prevention targets. Using the ECT IV KP target setting guidance to build a rough worksheet for country teams to create targets.

Created two options to account for country teams that don't have much program data and will need to use their national estimates.

Will link the excel sheet once completed.

Google link to the draft KP Target Setting worksheet. Haven't found anything on how to target for KP index testing and positivity. Ilana Lapidos-Salaiz reminded me that for General Population we estimate 1.5 test with yield ranging between 20%-50%, depending on ART coverage. I haven't found anything on the number of tests to estimate for FSW, MSM, TG, PWIDs, and Prisoners. I'll keep an eye out.
