DREAMS COP19 resource on targets, new saturation guidance, and workplans #86

Questions about DREAMS and new AGYW_PREV target setting in COP19, budget codes, new guidance on saturation and completion led to development of live google doc for USAID to compile brief information in one place, including links to materials and HI briefer. USAID DREAMS coordinator to share with field shortly and will link in SI news you can use. Includes both SI and program components.

Documentation has been created and shared by USAID DREAMS coordinator with the field and HQ DREAMS list. This document will be "live" and continue to be updated throughout the COP process. Key pieces for SI input include slide template for March meetings and support for key workplan elements. Webinar to be held on Tuesday, Feb 26 at 8am for Q&A.
