[x] Moderate call on 2/11 re: Zam partner mgmt best practices
[x] Post call, draft notes and send to RA + Nida for review with goal to have notes finalized from HQ perspective by COB Wed.
[x] Reach out to country team Thurs to clear on the notes and provide templates for a few of the items referenced during the call
[ ] Update notes w/links to templates provided by the country team.

Sent notes to team 2/18 for edits & redactions, and also requested a handful of files that would be useful to others.

team sent facility handover checklist, are waiting on Mission clearance to share another document, and will edit notes by COB tomorrow.

Zambia team completed their editing of the notes here. I will add links to outstanding docs and templates once received.
