Facilities in the sheets don't contain UIDs. We need to map the hierarchy onto the facility name, not UID, which is prone to error. There are a few misspellings that need to be corrected in the sheets so we can properly map. Names need to be changed in the partner sheets to reflect what is in DATIM.
