Extracting PLHIV Data #67

@lbaraki - I was testing out tameDP and following along the extracting targets vignette but was having trouble pulling the PLHIV data from the Cascade tab. Just wanted to share the error I was getting and see if it's universal and/or based on changes to the TST? Thanks!

A few issues:

  1. The main problem is arising from ln27, where otherdisaggregate is being cleared out and set as NA. When the TST has no OVC data, otherdisaggregate is being created as a logical rather than replacing any text in the character otherdisaggregate column
  2. df_hivstatd is an orphan dataframe. It should just be df.
  3. Reference to PLHIV should be replaced with SUBNAT
