Numerics is a free and open-source library for .NET developed by USACE-RMC, providing a comprehensive set of methods and algorithms for numerical computations and statistical analysis.
Most of this function has been commented out. There is also a SumOfNormals() function right above it that does work. Can we delete this one? If not, I'm not sure what was trying to be accomplished here / how to fix it.
