Update dav1d #25

The dav1d is quite outdated in the Repo. Any reasons for not upstreaming the files?

Using the latest version of SVT-AV1 encoding, after re-encoding some videos, I attempted to play AV1 videos through Mxplayer. Apparently, the outdated decoder's decoding capabilities are insufficient, as there is noticeable lag when playing AV1 videos. Only https://github.com/mpv-android/mpv-android/releases can play the video without delay and smoothly.

I hope to update the dav1d decoder.

Sorry for the "NEW" update didn't really do anything with it but who knows it may have fix it idk.

Anyways please bring the issue to the MX guys.
