This PR includes some modifications on the core structure:
Refactors on SoilContainer and PlantContainer including adding some syntax candies.
Starts putting components related to the book into the core structure.
Doing this marks the start of dealing with the dependency across components. The following is included:
Declares Meteorology as a member in Environment
Declares WaterBalance::DailyWaterContentReturn as a member in Soil
Declares PlantRadiation and leaf_area_index as members in Plant.
Roughly depicts the workflow when calling Environment::SimulateToTimeStep().
However, this PR becomes huge since we have to maintain the compatibility on unit tests and grpc server.
After pushing this PR, we will be working on removing everything related to "Calculus integration" as we discussed on Friday.
