Changed the name SunInfo to MeteoInfo following how the book named variables.
Added the calculation for saturated vapor pressure and air temperature.
Unfortunately, I think I could not test the work I have done very well due to the lack of knowledge in this field. Even though I know what the formulae are, I don't know whether my codes produce correct values. Now this PR just ensures the codes can be compiled and run without errors. So I made this PR a draft one.
