Trying 'issues' for the first time.

Seems like this is a better todo list for bigger tasks @gjharsha

Yes, I agree this is a much better way to keep track of our todo's. The load currently is based on regional load and percentage distribution of it. Do you think this is okay, or do you think we should have the demand as a time series, similar to wind and solar.

We decided to keep the loads at the regional level. While the load percentages for each bus will still be the same in a given region, across the network, they will show some variations.
