(1) There seems to be a bug remaining in the creation of the container stocObserv.
(2) I'm a bit confused about what is a replication and what is a scenario in our datasets. The current setup allows us to run a couple of days worth of tests, which is nice. But if I use these scenarios, I'll be feeding Benders' Algorithm with correlated samples. Not sure how we should deal with this (perhaps different datasets for Deterministic & Stochastic runs?).
(3) The renewable generators appear to be producing significantly higher amounts than what their capacities permit. Is the data wrong, or are the capacities are "expected capacities".
