6 years ago The ST-UC frequency is increased to 1hr.
The ST-UC commitment decisions are taken for a 3-hours planning span. Say, the last decision has been taken at 00:00 am. Suppose at time 02:45 we are solving an ED problem. The ED will read the commitment of ST-UC decisions for time 02:45, but will assume that these decisions are 0 at times 03:00-03:30 am.
