can this add more solvers to support? #19

hi! I have read this wonderful paper and really wondered if I could execute code in my computer. But then I found that I did not have permission to the solver(Cplex). Is there any chance that the project can add more choices for solvers? maybe Gurobi, or other open-source solvers(SCIP etc). Thank you so much!!!!!!

Hi Zoe, perhaps check with Harsha Gangammanavar but I have no resource available to make such a code extension.
