Created a tab for Evaluating results #134

Hi @lorsposto, I've added a new tab for Evaluating the results for Assignment 3 of 599. I've also tried to maintain the folder structure and the names that you had for the previous work. For instance, the html folder is called team14eval, data folder is team14-eval-data and the like.
