Please ignore my first commit. Also, when I was knitting the rmd file, I was unable to get the last 3 pictures as I used to do for labs :(

Hi! It seems you've encountered an incompatibility with the "" in the filenames for the figures you created. If you change the Step 5 Chunk name to remove ""s, you'll be able to recover the figures in your md file.

Be sure to push your new figures to GitHub. The figures have new filenames and it's the new filenames that are needed for the .md file to recognize them and add them to your document. You can delete the old files with the "" in the filenames. Check the .md on GitHub to see them appear.
