Labels and url links are not output for PEREGRINE linked GO, PANTHER and Reactome annotation columns in SNP table and SNP detail view #41

Currently, the SNP table and detail view only displays the ID. Update to output the label with URL link. If there are a large number of entries, add functionality to expand with 'View All...' link
