True genetic value output incorrect #2

Internally, the true genetic value is correct, but the values are not written to output files in the correct order. My guess is that the order is not updated based on phenotypic sorting. This issue really only has implications for debugging but needs to be resolved eventually.

Have confirmed correct ordering in outputs from 'select'.
