all bioconda and pip repos seems only Update to 1.8.1 how can update the v2.0.1 to my existed env？

Bioconda should install ITSxpress v2.0.2 by default now. That single package contains the QIIME 2 plug-in and the stand-alone version. you no longer need to use pip.
