Automated Water Supply Model (AWSM) was developed at the USDA Agricultural Research Service. AWSM was designed to streamline the workflow used to forecast the water supply of multiple water basins.
Overhaul to the ipysnobal configuration options in the config file. This consolidates 4 sections into 1 and ensures all ipysnobal related configuration is in one spot #56 .
Combines the output from seperate snow.nc and em.nc files to ipysnobal.nc
Renamed and clarified output variable names, units and descriptions along with @etrujil and @Hedrick-ARS. Fixes #41
