Change method in Core Config to interpolation method #56

It is a little ambiguous as to what method is especially in other places where _method exists, namely albedo and decay_method. @Hedrick-ARS would like something a little more verbose.

Proposed solution is to rename it to interpolation_method and expand on description for it in config file.

Fixed through the overhaul to the core config in the master branch.
