Summary

As a result of adding Prefix and Suffix capability to Inputs (#535), it became clear that Date PIcker and Spinbox adjoined targets should have stronger affordance that they are separate targets, and to further strengthen the decorative nature of Prefix/Suffix of inputs.

Speculatively: borders and background color.
