abridgefoodnutrient & foodnutrient - different unit names #110

found today, that api calls /food/id and /search returns different unit names for same product nutrient for example. for microgramms , search returns UG and /food/id returns µg you may check it with product fdcid = 1103417 say with folic acid

is it bug or feature ? :)

Hi @ish-1313 - thanks for pointing this out and I confirmed the discrepancy. I spoke to the FDC team and found that this issue was not introduced in this recent release but was actually there before (not that this makes it better). But since it's been this behavior for a while, we decided to not fix it in case users are already relying on the current values. We will fix this in the next API update (and release it as v1.x)
