Document rate limits #37

Hi from the api.data.gov team. We regularly receive questions from users asking whether there's a rate limit, what it is, and whether their limit can be increased or removed. To help with this, we're encouraging partner websites to proactively document this. This information is available on api.data.gov, but we find it makes for a better developer experience if its included directly in your api documentation (or at least the page above clearly linked to).

This applies to the ERS and National Nutrient Database APIs.

No problem. We'll provide this info in the documentation landing page on the next release which should be in the next couple of weeks or so.
