I am a Ph.D. Student working on building a flood warning model for my research. As part of the process, I am comparing the response times of various web services that provide spatial and temporal data that can be used in developing these types of models. I am using AWS to build the model and would like to get some information about the USDA server such a) server type, b) geographical location, c) upload/download bandwidth, etc. It would be very helpful if you could provide me with this information or put me in contact with the right person to ask.
