Hello, I have a couple of questions/issues with the new API:
Based on food_nutrients.csv from the FoodData_Central_foundation_food_csv_2019-10-11data pack, it looks like there are 187 unique nutrients. However, querying the existing Foundation foods results in 186 nutrients
Querying SR Legacy foods introduces even more nutrients. For example, id: 1018, name: "Alcohol, ethyl", id: 1057, name: "Caffeine", and id:1104, name: "Vitamin A, IU" are all missing (amongst others) from the new API. It makes sense that Alcohol and Caffeine are absent from the current, limited, list of Foundation foods, but I would expect to see Vitamin A, IU in there.
I couldn't find a way to construct a query that provides a comprehensive list of nutrients and their ids. I would appreciate it if someone could provide some help. It would also be immensely helpful if USDA could provide a comprehensive list via an endpoint or a CSV file.
