Thank you for the pull request. We met with the ON variant specialist last week and made updates that we will be releasing as soon as we complete testing.

Build list directory structure Issue has been corrected for ON variant. For the time being, users will still need to change case of NVEL submodule files in local cloned repositories in order to build on Unix-like systems.
