What we hope to do in the meeting

Goal: Get forests excited to participate
Goal: Introduce ourselves and get to know each other [10 min.]
- Name, role, and name one thing that is top of mind for you regarding the pilot
- Brief intro to the firewood permitting teams and roles
Introduce the project
- Where did it come from/Why is it here? [15 min.]
  - Broader context/TIM modernization
  - Highlights from past research
- Where are we headed? [40 min.]
  - High-level roadmap
  - Brief demo of Open Forest Christmas tree permitting
  - Walk through MVP screens

Goal: Make sure forests know what to expect re: participation

@carlsonem - we have a brief walkthrough of Open Forest Christmas tree permitting on the agenda for the Forest onboarding mtg next week. Would you be the person to lead that?

Looks great, thanks for all the work on pulling this together @MelissaBraxton . A few small suggestions on the slides:

Slide 3: Typically we don't use the word vendor, but instead "Enterprise Application Development Team" (EAD). EAD really is one team between multiple companies and the FS.
Slide 13: Instead of the success criteria only being for "first time" firewood gatherers, I suggests the success criteria include anyone, including past gatherers, who can now get a permit online.
Slides 18-20: Make bullets, hard to read
Slide 45: Not to say we can't change it, but in the past we have had a goal of a "ship" every 2 weeks, not weekly

Slide 3: Done
Slide 13: I'd like to keep this one as is. The rationale is that we want to focus on ease of learning at the start, and that the design must serve novice users and won't assume/rely on folks having prior knowledge of the process.
Slides 18-20: Done
Slide 45: Clarified that I was referring to our weekly ship emails/reports. We have "push to prod" on there every other week.
