[ ] e2e tests are updated for application routing changes.

@csstarling and @bboddiger - Similar to Q on #140 about whether we need folks to be able to return to print from the url, since it would require permits containing PII (given that the current direction is to include address infor) to be saved in the system.

Hey @carlsonem and @MelissaBraxton - a couple questions on this one.

I'm not clear what we want to do for this task: "Code the application to return to print page at a later date"

Currently the order confirmation page has the button to pop the print preview and as far as I know there is nothing in the application that would guide the user there, they'd have to manually enter the correct URL. If that's all we're looking to do for this ticket than I believe we can consider it completed already.

@briandavidson can confirm with Aquib, but my understanding is that a user would be able to print it from the email they are sent. i.e. No need to log back into the application itself. In short, two wants to print it....

Immediately from the confirmation screen
At a later date from the email the user recieves

@carlsonem just double checking on this one due to the following task: Code the application to return to print page at a later date

That task remains incomplete. If that's acceptable we can go ahead and close this out since the rest of the work was taken care of in #184 . Otherwise maybe we want to re-open this issue, or create a new one to address that task specifically?
