See the admin side of Open Forest

Background A core MVP story for the team is.. As a frontliner, I need to be able to troubleshoot questions from online permit buyers so that I can help them resolve their issues and am not caught off guard by what customers are experiencing.

As a designer, I want to see how frontliners access, look up and reconcile Open Forest records vs paper permits so that we can design an appropriate experience for firewood permitting.

• [x] USFS folks have no remaining Qs on admin functionality available

• [x] Beth schedules a demo of the admin side of Open Forest
• [x] Open Forest team delivers demo
• [x] Document how frontliners reconcile Open Forest permits vs paper permits currently (or link to existing documentation)
