As a special use applicant, I want to know what to expect after I submit my application, so that I can plan my business. #534

Notes

Time - How long does it take for my application be reviewed, and subsequently approved or not? Communication - how will I be informed, what to do if approved/not approved.

Also, some users wondered whether or not there would be a FS person present during their event/use period to "scan them" or "check them in".

After applicant's submit their information, they are greeted with a confirmation screen with "what's next information". That same information is included in the automatic email that they also receive. The "what's next" information states that if approved, they will receive their permit within 2-weeks of approval, but how long can the applicant expect to wait for the review process to take place? What happens when it's is denied, how should the applicant expect to be contacted?

@ASprinkle there is some admin research that needs to be done to get clarity around the review process timeframe and what happens when things are denied. Also, we need to establish clarity around the deny scenario

Would recommend creating separate issue for the deny scenario to keep track of the issue.

@ASprinkle Need to review this more to come up with a better experience for how to communicate different application statuses, especially when denied!
